Actions can be taken on multiple Commitment Requests at once using the Batch Actions on the display grid in the Commitments area.
Multiple Commitment Requests can be selected one by one by clicking the checkboxes on each row, or all Commitment Requests can be selected at once by selecting the checkbox in the header row of the display grid.
Batch Actions
Send Requests
Multiple Commitment Requests can be Sent at once. Commitment Requests must be in Draft status to be Sent with Batch Actions.
Finalize Requests
Multiple Commitment Requests can be Finalized at once. Commitment Requests must be in Commitment Confirmed status to be Finalized with Batch Actions.
Send Capital Calls
Multiple Capital Calls can be Sent at once. Commitment Requests must be in Finalized status to Send Capital Calls with Batch Actions.
Cancel Requests
Multiple Commitment Requests can be Canceled at once. Commitment Requests must be in Draft, Pending, or Viewed status to be Canceled with Batch Actions.
