Invoices can be managed and monitored from the Dashboard and the Invoices areas.
On the Dashboard, the statuses of all active Invoices are displayed by clicking the Invoices navigation tab, which shows the pie chart and corresponding table. Any section of the pie chart or rows in the table can be clicked, which will display the Invoices that are currently in that status.
If Invoices are assigned to Projects, the pie chart and corresponding table views can be filtered by Project by selecting the Project from the View dropdown menu. Please see Assigning Items to a Project for more information about managing Invoices assigned to a Project.
In the Invoices area, all active Invoices are displayed in the display grid. Invoices are organized by Sent (Invoices sent by your Organization), Received (Invoices received by your Organization), and Archives (Invoices that have been archived).
Invoices that are Overdue are displayed with and Invoices that are Due Soon (within 7 days or less) are displayed with
.
Invoices can be searched for using the Search field, sorted using the Sort By dropdown, and filtered using the Filter By dropdown.
Batch Actions can be taken on multiple Invoices at once from the display grid in the Invoices area. Please see Batch Actions for Invoices for more information.
