Items such as Capital Calls, Payments, and Invoices can be assigned to a Project together and grouped for easy access and organization.
An Item can be assigned to Project in one of the following ways:
- When a new Item created within the Verivend application, the corresponding Project can be selected from the Select Project dropdown. Note: the Project must be created beforehand in order for it to be displayed in the Select Project dropdown.
- When importing new items, the corresponding Project can be specified in the import file so that all imported items can be assigned to the corresponding Project(s). Please see Importing Capital Calls, Importing VeriPays, and Importing Invoices for more information about importing items. Note: Project(s) must be created beforehand in order for imported Items to be assigned.
- Items can be assigned to a Project after they are created by viewing the Item detail and clicking the Options menu and selecting the Set Project option. Note: the Project must be created beforehand in order for it to be displayed in the Set Project option.
