To import multiple Capital Calls click the Import Capital Calls button in the upper right of the Capital Calls area.
Note: Contacts must be added to your Organization (entity) first before importing Capital Calls. Please see Contacts Overview for more information about adding, uploading, and managing Contacts for your Organization.
The Import Capital Calls screen provides an overview of the fields required to import Capital Calls and the template for importing Capital Calls. Use the provided template to format your Capital Call data before starting the import. Make sure your import file contains the header row included in the template file.
After Capital Calls are imported, they will be placed in Draft status for review and then Publish & Send to Recipients.
Multiple Capital Calls can be sent at once using the Batch Actions on the display grid in the Capital Calls area. Please see Batch Actions for Capital Calls for more information.
