Actions can be taken on multiple Capital Calls at once using the Batch Actions on the display grid in the Capital Calls area.
Multiple Capital Calls can be selected one by one by clicking the checkboxes on each row, or all Capital Calls can be selected at once by selecting the checkbox in the header row of the display grid.
Batch Actions
Send Capital Calls
Multiple Capital Calls can be Sent at once. Capital Calls must be in Draft status to be Sent with Batch Actions.
Cancel Capital Calls
Multiple Capital Calls can be Canceled at once and moved to the Archives area. Capital Calls must be in Draft or Pending status to be Canceled with Batch Actions.
Close Capital Calls
Multiple Capital Calls can be Closed at once and moved to the Archives area. Capital Calls must be in Viewed, Partially Paid, or Fully Paid status to be Closed with Batch Actions.
