Contacts allow your Organization (entity) to manage your LPs, investors, stakeholders, and any other individual or organization with whom you interact.
Contacts can be sent Items (Capital Calls, VeriPays, Invoices) as well as assigned as Members of a Room.
Note: Contacts must be added to your Organization (entity) first before importing Capital Calls, VeriPays, and Invoices or assigning Contacts as Members of a Room.
The display grid in the Contacts area displays all active Contacts for your Organization where you can view and manage all Contacts. Please see Creating & Managing Contacts for more information on how to add new Contacts and manage existing Contacts.
Linked To Contacts
Once your Organization has one or more interactions with a Contact by sending them an Item (Capital Call, VeriPay, Invoice), the Contact becomes Linked To the Contact's Organization, with a history between your Organization and theirs.
The name displayed in the Linked To column indicates the Contact is a Connection and clicking the name in the Linked To column for a Contact shows the details of the Connection history with your Organization.
