Creating an Onboarding Request
To create a new Onboarding Request click the + Add New button in the upper right of the Commitments area.
Onboarding Suitability
This will require Individual and Non-Institutional Investors to complete a Suitability Questionnaire during Onboarding to determine their investment needs and suitability.
Onboarding Accreditation
This will require Investors to provide attestation and upload their accreditation, based on the option selected when creating the Onboarding Request.
- Require Self-Certification Only: requires the investor to only select that they are self-certifying as an accredited investor
- Require Self-Certification with Documentation: requires the investor to select that they are self-certifying as an accredited investor and upload corresponding documentation
- Require Accreditation with Third-Party Documentation: requires the investor to select from standard investor accreditation options based on the type of entity they are investing as and upload third-party provided documentation.
Onboarding KYC
This will require Investors to provide KYC information as part of their Onboarding Request.
Add the required information to the Onboarding Request and then click Save as Draft to save the Onboarding Request in Draft status, or click Save & Send to immediately send all Onboarding Requests to the selected Recipients.
Editing an Onboarding Request
Before the Onboarding Request is sent, it can be edited by clicking the Options menu and selecting the Edit option. The Onboarding Request can also be Canceled, which will keep the Onboarding Request viewable by the Organization that created it from within the Onboarding area.
Sending Onboarding Requests
If Save as Draft was clicked after creating the Onboarding Request, they will be saved in Draft status and can be sent by clicking Publish & Send on each Onboarding Request. Or, all Onboarding Requests can be sent after creating them by clicking Save & Send, which will immediately send all Onboarding Requests to the Recipients.
Note: Multiple Onboarding Requests can be sent at once using the Batch Actions on the display grid in the Onboarding area. Please see Batch Actions for Onboarding for more information.
When an Onboarding Request is sent, the Recipient receives an email notification alerting them that they have received a new Onboarding Request, which can be accessed from their Verivend account by clicking the Get Started button in the email notification.
