Signatures allow your Organization (entity) to send, request, and manage digital signature requests with your LPs and investors effortlessly and seamlessly. Any PDF formatted document can be uploaded for digital signing by any number of recipients.
Signature Request Statuses
Draft
The Signature Request has been created but has not yet been sent to the Recipient. When the Signature Request is sent to the Recipient, the status changes to Pending Request.
Not Viewed
The Signature Request has been sent but it has not yet been viewed by the Recipient. A view is counted each time the Recipient accesses the Signature Request from their Verivend account. When the Signature Request has been Viewed one or more times by the Recipient, the status changes to Viewed.
Viewed
The Recipient has viewed the Signature Request but has not yet completed signing. When the Signature Request has been signed by the Recipient, the status changes to Recipient Signed or Fully Signed, depending on if the Creator (Sender) signature for the Signature Request is also required.
Fully Signed
The Signature Request is fully signed by the Recipient and/or the Creator (Sender) if the Creator (Sender) signature was required.
Canceled
The Organization that sent the Signature Request has Cancelled the Signature Request and it has been removed from the Recipient's Verivend account and can no longer be signed. Canceled Signature Requests can still be viewed by the Organization that created the Commitment Request from within the Archives area. Please see Archives for more information on archived items.
