Payments allows you to view, manage, and receive payments from other Organizations.
In the Payments area, all Payments are displayed in the display grid. Payments are organized by Received (Payments received by your Organization) and Archives (Payments that have been archived).
Payment Statuses
Pending
The Payment has been received but it has not yet been viewed. When the Payment has been Viewed, the status changes to Viewed.
Viewed
The Payment has been viewed but not yet accepted. When the payment has been accepted, the status changes to Accepted.
Accepted
The Payment has been accepted and the funds are in your digital wallet.
Closed
The Organization that sent the Payment has Closed & Archived the Payment. Closed Payments are still viewable by the Sender and Recipient from within the Archives area. Please see Archives for more information on archived items.
