Rooms provide a secure way to organize, store, and view information and documents that have been shared by another Organization with you.
The Rooms area displays all Rooms that you are a Member of and within each Room you will be able to view the Announcements and Documents that pertain to that room, as well as use Messages to communicate with the Room Administrator.
Note: Documents in the Public folder are accessible to all Members of a Room and Documents in the folder with your Organization (entity) name are private to only you and the Room Administrator.
