Selecting the down arrow next to your Organization (entity) name will open the Settings menu. From here, you can update settings specific to your individual Verivend account.
Contact Info
Update your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, or Phone Number for your Verivend account. Note: Updating your Email Address will change the email address used to log into your Verivend account, as well as the email address used to receive notifications from Verivend.
Change Password
Change the password for your Verivend account. You will receive an automated email notification confirming your password change.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Turn on and manage Multi-Factor Authentication for your Verivend account. Multi-Factor authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security used when logging into websites or apps. With MFA, you are required to provide another form of authentication that is only known to you.
With Verivend, you can choose from two MFA options:
- SMS Verification: Receive a code via text message for authentication.
- Authenticator App: Use an authenticator app to generate a unique code.
Notification Settings
Disable or reenable email notifications from organizations from which you have received items.
Important - Disabling notifications for an organization will prevent you from receiving ALL email notifications from that organization.
Sign Out
Sign out of your Verivend account.
Change Account
Change to another Organization (entity) associated with your Verivend account.
