Adding Announcements
Announcements can be added to a Room by clicking + Add New under the Announcements tab of a Room. An Announcement can be viewable by all Members of a Room, or set to be viewable by only a specific Member of a Room by selecting the desired option from the Recipient dropdown when creating a new Announcement.
Note: When the Suppress Notifications setting for a Room is turned off, Members of a Room will receive an email notification each time a new Announcement is added to the Room.
Editing & Deleting Announcements
An Announcement can be edited or deleted by clicking the Edit or Delete link when hovering your cursor over the Announcement.
